The Progressive Alliance was founded during Winter semester of 2008 with the goal of uniting progressive students on U of M's campus. We invite all individuals and organizations who work to promote Environmental Sustainability, Women's Rights, Children's Rights, Labor Rights, Immigrant Rights, Minority Rights, Human Rights, Animal Rights, or any other progressive cause to join us in creating a forum in which students can come together and understand the interconnectedness of these issues. As we all know, these problems will not be solved independently of each other, as they are all deeply interconnected. United we can speak with a strong, collective voice and take strong, collective action. |
